Brittany practice the theory of bio-individuality: that no one dietary theory (vegan, paleo, vegetarian, grain free, fruitarian, keto etc) works for every person with the caveat that the one similarity between them all is a diet rich in whole unprocessed foods – particularly vegetables.

Her belief in bio-individuality runs deep, expanding to everything in life including lifestyle choices, strategies, mindset, “soul food”, habit formation, etc. For this reason, you’ll find not only healthy recipe ideas but also discussions, tools, suggestions, products, and recommendations for the whole body, mind, and soul.

Brittany understand that her clients have different needs, starting points, and habits, so she use a multitude of strategies and ideas to suggest tools, programs, changes, and products that she feels will serve them, as well as encourage them to decide for themselves what feels best for their body.
